Outlook is Really Slow Going From Folder to Folder

This problem occurred after M/S did two updates to Outlook last week; I used to go from folder to foldr instantly, now there is a several second delay in which the screen only says "loading" and the new folder on the left doesn't highlight until the floder is populated.

Has anyone else encountered this and are there any fixes?

Tried Uninstalling the KB2412171 Yet?

It helps most folks, and if so, be sure to block that particular update from installing again. I believe the update has been removed from the Microsoft Updates site at this time but you'll need to be sure.

Worked Like A Charm, Thanks

For anyone who doesn't know what to do:
Start
Programs
Windows Updates
Installed Updates
A Window will then open to uninstall the update

The Microsoft update site says that if you are having problems with Outlook to remove this update.
