I found what MAS90 is (Accounting Software from Sage). The first thing I should do is call Sages support line. They might know the problem.
If they don't please post a screenprint of the popup somewhere (the company website would be fine, I think; of course, sites like flickr would do also).

The File Is Probably On A Network Share.. Yes? Or maybe not... It can still happen on the local computer but it frequently happens with shared files on other computers. If so, then the "Open File" - "Run" security warning is designed to perform the request because of the concern for possible viruses, etc. Knowing the risks, if you still want to disable the warning for the file type in question, please follow the instructions in the link below:

this is NOT an advisable option - instead one whould be able to specify WHICH particular applications no longer require the RUN acceptance click.
