Windows Media Player version 12

Hello, I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit which uses Windows Media Player version 12. I know find I can no longer drag mp3 files from the MP3Rocket file sharing program whose version is 5.3.4 PRO (the latest version). MP3Rocket does NOT respond to emails so there is no way to get any support. I've been trying for ten days and have sent three emails. There is also no phone number for them. I don't see why I have to downgrade to an earlier version of WMP in order for MP3Rocket to work correctly. Is anyone else having the same problem?

1.) MP3Rocket has risen to popularity because it does not attempt to filter pirated (illegally-shared) music, unlike some others have begun doing. Thus, I'd suggest switching to an alternative that works as you desire and that does not so easily facilitate accidental piracy.

2.) You cannot downgrade to an earlier version of WMP under Windows 7. The pre-installed version under the version of Windows is always the lowest version you can revert to.

3.) The program may have to be updated for full Windows 7 compatibility to work. It's up to the developers to support that.
