sleep/hibernate mode in windows 7 ?

Hi,
Im trying the new win 7 and i left my office for a time
When i came back windows was in speep/hibernate mode
I tried to move the mouse ..nothing tried esc nothing .. tried pushing the power button on once ..nothing so i had to hold down the power button and restart .. can anyone tell me how to come from sleep/hibernate in Windows 7 please?

I just press the space bar, works for me.
