LG 47LS4500 settings recommendation, help

Any help with the picture settings for my new 47LS4500 would be greatly appreciated.

Also: Film mode worked when I used my XBOX for Netflix and games. It's been a week and now it's greyed out whenever I try to toy with the picture settings. I reset everything and it's still greyed out on OFF. Anyone know why?

Why don't you just use the picture wizard to set your own expert setting? The standard seems to be the best IMO.

Also I was getting the same greying out or dimming. It was the the damn energy saving mode. If its set to max it dims out, I haven't looked into why so I put just but mine at minimal as I don't need it doing so while I'm watching TV.
