Settings on my Samsung UN55ES6820F?

I got a new 3d Samsung 55" LED TV last week. i just wanted to know the optimal settings so i can fully benefit from this TV.

I also just bought this tv last month and I would like to know the best settings for this tv. We watch a lot of sports and movies and we are getting tracers off fast moving things and people. I know calibration will help this, but I don't know how, there are sooooo many settings. Please help!!!
