SETTINGS NEEDED: Toshiba 40L5200U PLEASE :)

Hey, just got my first 1080p HDTV - It is the Toshiba 40L5200U LED TV. I am kind of a newb when it comes to all the calibrating stuff, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Even if it isn't for my specific model #, just general tips for getting the best picture would be great.

My calibrated settings:

Set your picture mode to preference before making these changes

These settings found in Picture Settings and Advanced Picture Settings:
Contrast 96
Backlight 52
Dynalight Off
Brightness 53
Color 50 (it's already well-adjusted out of the box)
Tint 0 (same as above)
Sharpness 1
Dnyamic Contrast Off
Static Gamma 0
Color Temperature Warm
Cinema Mode Film
Clearframe Off

Noise Reduction Settings:
DNR Off
MPEG Noise Reduction Off

Theater Settings:
Picture Size Native (very important to switch to this)
Auto Aspect Ratio Off

Calibration method

Is this a professional calibration or a personal calibration? Just curious. I have another calibration from digital trends on the tv so I was just curious where this one came from??
