3D Glasses Not Working

Hey samsung,

I have to say thank you for replacing my tv to this years model but my problem is that I spent some good money on a the 3d Starter kit that came with "Aliens Vs Monster"...They do not work at with my new replacement model which is the PN59D8000.

You would think if they replace the tv, they could replace your glasses for free especially forking almost 3k for a tV.

But they posted in the Cnet Samsung forum with model numbers and a TRANSACTION NUMBER from the call.

You should try that.

Hey deaerator, i think i've got the opposite problem to you. I just recently bought 3d glasses thats supposed to work on all new 2011 samsung 3d tvs except it doesn't work on my tv (the starter kit you described came with my tv, i wanted to buy other 3d glasses but they didn't work...) if you're willing, and if you still have the glasses, maybe we can set up a swap or something
I've got 2 glasses which are ssg-3100gb samsung 3d glasses. (megamind starter kit) if you're willing please email me on roberto_carlos_3_@hotmail.com
