Good Stuff, little help if possible though please

Had to return a Panasonic ST30 because of a small thin black line that appeared in less than 3-days and picked up this model (55"). Personally I'm TRYING to get that soap opera affect but there's a lot of what I would call jumping or jaggyness in the frame rate, not sure what the proper term is but is there a way to fix it? Im using your settings but motionflow on standard which seems to find a good balance between blu ray/sports. The color seems to not be very bright/dark with these settings but I'm not good enough to figure out how to fix these issues will all the settings available ha. My room is very bright with natural sunlight maybe that's why the colors look a little dull since you perform your test in very low light. Good settings overall to my eyes. Thanks.

I currently own this tv and totally disagree with the cnet recommended settings. I would strongly suggest the following settings.
Setting memory: any
Picture mode: custom
Backlight: 5
Picture: max
Brightness: 50
Color: 35
Hue: 0
Color temperature: neutral
Sharpness: 50
Noise reduction: off
Mpeg noise reduction: off
dot noise reduction: off
Motionflow: standard
Cinemotion: auto 1

Advanced settings
Black corrector: high
Adv. contrast enhancer: high
Gamma: 0
Auto light limiter: off
Clear white: high
Live color: off
White balance: all 0
Detail enhancer: high
Edge enhancer: high

Standard Settings

I tried both CNET and Sssauce's settings and I must say that I prefer the standard settings over both. The only adjustment I made was turning off Motionflow and CineMotion because I can't stand things looking like a soap opera. To each his own, I guess. In the end, it's all down to personal preference anyway, I suppose.
