Multiple Address Books

I'm working with a friend who just got a new machine with Win 7 and Office 2013. He used Windows Easy Transfer to copy all his info from win XP to an external drive and then used Windows Easy Transfer on the new machine to add all his info.
The new machine has office 2013 and Windows Live Mail. The transfer program did bring over the address book (contact list), but many of the contacts are duplicated. On the old machine he had a contact list for himself and one for his wife. Both were different but had many contacts that were identical.
When easy transfer created the new address book, there are duplicate entries for many of the contacts which is unacceptable.
We created a new email account for his wife so now there are two email accounts in Windows Live Mail. One for him and one for his wife, but both show the same address book.
How can we create a separate address book for himself and one for his wife.
I cannot find anything in Live Mail to create multiple address books.
Is it possible in Windows Live Mial to have 2 separate and distinct address books. If so, how is this done.
