account locked, how can i access when info they want is fake

for no reason they blocked my account after 8 years. to unlock they want to send a code to my phone but i entered fake phone number, and don't remember my secret answer.i also used fake name etc. they ask to fill in a form to see if its really me and every time they send abck an email say its not sufficient, its been blocked for weeks. please help!

you can't remember it. You're going to have to deal with your service provider or get another one. There are free ones you can get like Yahoo, Gmail, and the online new Outlook (successor to Hotmail) or whoever your Internet Service Provider is. Whatever you choose, I recommend you be honest with whoever's going to provide a service for you, or you're likely to end up in the same quagmire again.

thanks for the reply, i just don't understand how they can do that, for no reason. All my email goes to this account, who knows what I'm missing. they actually recommend forgetting about it and getting a new one. ********.
