Windows live mail XP Pro not sending messages

Live mail setup on Win XP Pro
receives mails OK, but not sending any.
The messages are saved in the "sent" folder, there is no error messages, however
none of the recipients receives the sent messages.

I've repaired the Live mail program from the Control panel.
It's still not working for sending.
I've seen complains listing errors.
But in my case I am not receiving errors - could it be a router problem?
(tried to disable the sofware firewall and antivirus but not sure about the router)

MSFT's servers are not that reliable. Be sure to try other email services.
