"Windows Live Messenger Has Stopped Working", OS uninstalls.

Hi there... I've been running into this crazy problem for a few months now... What happens is this...

As soon as I click on Windows Live Essentials (Messenger), the startup screen appears. As soon as my buddylist appears, the error "Windows Live Messenger Has Stopped Working" comes up. Yes i've uninstalled it many times and reinstalled many times, and i've done the repair functions many times with nothing to fix this problem yet.

Afterwards, if I restart I will get the error, "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working" and my taskbar randomly shuts down and restarts itself. After another restart, windows fails to start up and runs the start up repair, which fails and i'm forced to do a system restore.

I've been going through this same cycle for months now and it happens just about every week. Even if I can just fix messenger that will work, but it will be even better if someone helps me solve this problem, I will very much appreciate all help.
