Limited e-mails sent?

I often get a message that some e-mails I want to send are being stored in Drafts and that I have met the number of e-mails I can send for the day? What is that?
I send many and if I split them up they go but if I just run down the list and get them all at once I cannot send them??

If you need to send more, you should not be using Windows Live.

I personally don't use hotmail that often. Only for MSN and social networks. I often get the same "error" in Yahoo. If I send too many e-mails a day, they automatically think that I'm spamming... Its absurd.
