E-mails keep reappearing

How do I stop e-mails that I have deleted from my inbox and fully deleted from the Deleted box in a previous session from reappearing? The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium and is fully updated.

This has happened to me once. However, I contacted Hotmail and they promptly solved it.

The e-mail provider is Demon and they couldn't fix it.
