I was trying to just change the user name of my msn.com account to a more professional user name for job application purposes. The original account name was email@example.com and I wanted to change it to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, due to how the website was set up, it changed it to email@example.com. I would like to have my account to go back to firstname.lastname@example.org. How do I do that? Microsoft/MSN webpages are completely useless and will not allow me to revert to my old account.
When I got the confirmation for that change, I was signed into my hotmail.com account and ended up accidentally changing my hotmail.com account to a live.com account. The original account was email@example.com and it is now firstname.lastname@example.org. I want that account to return to email@example.com, but your webpage won't let me change that one either.
And, when I've tried to get help on their website forums, there is no answer, several pending questions identical to this one on the forum with no answers, and no phone number to get assistance. Any help would be appreciated.
