Security proof (email) removal

While trying to log onto Xbox live, I was told to update my subscription information. I logged onto my windows live account and went to update the information. Before I can do so, it sends an authorization email to the old email address attached to the account (which I no longer have access to). On the security management page, it says that it will be removed a month from now. And then the authorization codes will be sent to my new email address. Which is all well and good, but that freezes my Xbox live account due to me not having access to the old email address. I was told by chat support to post here and it may be able to be removed immediately.

I hope you know that no CNET folk can remove that. It would be something done at Microsoft.

They send you here and these guys don't even work for microsoft, they can just suggest what to do. I have $1000 worth of games I am locked out of and my account name and email address are the same and apparently that isn't enough proof you own the account.
