Hi,

I am trying to install Games for Windows Live but Windows live ID sign in assistant always fails to install and it says I dont have privilege to start system services. My user account is adminstrative because I can use admin tools. I cannot create a new user account because User Accounts does not open when i click on it in control panel. Please someone help me? I bought Grand Theft Auto 4 and cant play it because of this.

I don't see what OS, what antivirus/protection and more importantly "the error message."

Rather than guess badly, reply to your top post with more details.
