Accessing Blocked Live Account

I was checking my Bing Webmaster Tools Acct this morning and I got a message saying 'Your Account has been blocked'.

I am then prompted to request an email to receive a code to remove the block. The problem is the email that I still use to login is from about 7 years ago and I stopped using it about 3 years ago but have always been able to login with it.

So my dilema is Microsoft will only send a code to this old address that I no longer have control of. I know I should have updated it, but I didn't.

Can anyone tell me of anywhere I can contact, or anything I can do to try and get the code sent to a different email?

I was asked for a mobile phone number. Did you give yours? That was another option for such problems.

If not, are you sure that other email account is now no longer in use? When was the last time you accessed it?

I signed up for this acct about 8 years ago. They never asked for mobile number back ups then unfortunately.

The account is definitely not in use.

I assume Windows Live has Moderated forums. If so I would post there and see if anyone has any other options for you.

Other than that, create a new Windows Live account and see if you can use that to talk to someone about the other one.
