I apologize for asking basic questions but my help quickly goes a webpage that doesn't answer my questions so I have to figure things out and nobody seems to be able to tell me how to fix my help

This one is all volunteers and what I see is few actually use Windows Live today. Not one person in the last year out of the thousand folk I encounter asked me about Windows Live. They do seem to use Outlook and Thunderbird.

So my thought is that it's not used as much as folk think and then you may want to try Microsoft's web pages and forum if you want a more active forum.

Again, these forums are not "manned" so you are never assured of an answer. If the topic or product is less used the chances of a reply diminish.
