My Outlook getting multiple copies of same e mails

I use outlook to receive my e mails from Live.com...I keep getting copies of the same e mails...if I leave my computer for an hour or so I come back to many copies of each e mail in hotmail... even if I delete the message in outlook they keep coming...I know Im missing some setting either in hotmail or outlook...how can I stop getting more than one copy of each e mail forwarded from live.com to outlook

Check your Live.com forwarding, keeping, deleting, type options. One of those might be causing the problem. In Outlook make sure it's set to not download duplicates.
