Sounds stupid but...

Basically, I have an old email account that I use on my Xbox. I haven't been able to access this email account because I forgot the password as its around 5 years old, and I also can't remember the answer to the security question. I imagine I would have done something like a combination of random letters for the password and question, until I formatted my old laptop and lost the access. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the access baKck, or at least be able to change the password for XBL?
