I am able to receive mail okay and send mail without attachments. This is a brand new Win 7/64 home system using Office 2000 (no outlook); we have installed only live mail from Windows Live Essentials; AVG 2012 is the AV.
However when I try to send with any attachments eg *.doc, or *.xls, I get the following message after about 3-4 mins
Error
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this includes server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity.
The file in question is closed,
Have called TT there is no reason for this at their end.
