Windows Live forum: Blocked out of my hotmail account

Blocked out of my hotmail account

Hi

I use my hotmail account everyday, used it yesterday to send an email and went to sign on in the evening to check for a reply and was told my account is blocked due to someone sending out a lot of junk mail or something else that violates the Windows Live Terms of Service).

I clicked continue button and then wants to send a code to my other email account, but this email account sends all email to the blocked account. sad
What do I do? Can anyone help?

Change the rules, temporarily, so that email stays where it is.

Then you can use that email address as required.
