Synchronizing Windows Live Mail and Android

I have a Live Mail account that I wish to access from both a PC (W7) and an Android smartphone (Android 4). I have set up the smartphone so that one can read messages on my Live Mail account. The problem is that if I reply or delete emails using one device (i.e., PC or smartphone), these events are not propogated to the other device (smartphone or PC). I do not want to have to deal with each email separately on each device. Surely there must be a way to fully synchronize these devices.

Any ideas?

MSFT has their own phone/tablet OS so they have no reason to help in this area.

And your question has a conflict. How else would such get sync'd without the email being on all devices?
