Cannot connect windows live mail to server

Hello
I've tried deleting the wml.exe file as suggested on another thread, but I cannot get my windows live mail to open.

I have had it installed for years (since it came out) and have never had any problems.

I've made no changes to my computer, and have not recently downloaded anything.

It was working fine this morning and now I get this error message

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxxx account. The connection to the server has failed.

Server: 'mail.xxxxx.co.uk
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10061

Should I panic??

In such cases, I try on another PC (I've got an older one with the same account set up in "leave messages on server" mode).

If it fails there also, I assume it's an error at the ISP (xxxx.co.uk), that they know, that they are busy solving the issue and that it will work tomorrow.
If it works on that other PC and not my usual PC I start worrying. But that has never been the case until now.
