Windows Live Password Help

I recently updated my xbox dashboard and had to verify the terms of service using the parental account thats linked to my xbox from when i wasn't 18. However i cannot remember the password or any of the details inside the account as it was created quickly years ago just to have an over 18 account on my xbox. I have tried to go through the standard forgot my password route but that asks for the details inside the account which i do not have. I have tried to use the windows live help centre to ask a question but when i click to ask a question it redirects me to the forgot my password page, which as i said i cannot do. I have tried getting in touch with xbox and there is nothing they can do.

Anyone had this problem or know a solution, or even a direct email address for wlm.
