Sign in problem

I have a new account I forgot the password I hit "forgot Password" it said sending to your account. But I can't access that account because I don't have the password anybody know how to get into the information?? I signed up with all the info required ,but the alt E-Mail info is'nt an option when I get asked for any other address to E-mail to any ideas?? Thank in advance
