Windows Live forum: My e-mail account is blocked I can't sign in I need help

Click the forgot password box, verify your Live ID, select Send password reset instructions to me in e-mail. Select the e-mail address where you want the password reset e-mail to be sent.
When you receive the password reset e-mail, click the link in the e-mail to reset your password, and then follow the online instructions.

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.

My account was block for this same reason too many attempted log-in fails.
i have tried the send activation code to my mobile phone but it says my phone number doesnt match my area code.
i really need to get into this email address because someone has been hacking into my accounts
- facebook
- Msn messenger and so on.
