Is there any way to find nearest hotspot location ?

Hi All,

I am searching on hot to get nearest hotspot location at run time and in some forums i have found that we can use OpenNETCF dll to get wifi related information i have downloaded the same but when i am going to add this dll visual studio 2010 mobile application it is giving me error

"OpenNETCF.dll because it was not built using the Windows Phone runtime. Windows Phone projects will work only with Windows Phone assemblies"

Is there any way to add this dll or any other way to find nearest hotspot location at run time .

Is this for Windows Mobile 4.x to 6.5?

I found I could not write apps for WM on VS2010. We use VS2008 for these apps. Sorry but your post looks pretty sparse but I'll share a little.
