Windows Mobile forum: Samsung Intrepid SPH-i350

My Samsung SPH-i350 Intrepid was recently replaced by sprint with a refurbished phone. The new phone shows a message on start-up that a Storage Card was found and do I want to view pictures. My old phone did not do this. I tried removing the card, re-starting, shutting down, replacing the card again, and restarting - no change.My new phone does not enable me to display owner information whenever the phone is locked or started. On my old phone, a white screen with the information appeared whenever I either started the phone, or prior to unlocking it. This was a lifesaver when I lost the phone, and the finder had my home phone number and called me to say that he had it. There is supposed to be an Options tab on the Settings/Owner Information screen, but it is not there.The first problem is an annoyance - the second is a "show stopper". Is there a fix for these problems? If not, I will return the phone to the store that performed the replacement and ask them to get me another phone. They said that I have a 30 day warranty on the refurbished phone.
