Time issues on Motorola ES400

I have just completed the rollout of 60 Motorola ES400 handsets which have been upgraded from HTC P6500s & I am experiencing some issues with the time on the handsets. The time is correct on the handset & then the operator logs into the 1st Touch application which performs a PDA time check with our server & then rolls the time on the handset back an hour. This issue has only been happening since the recent GMT/BST time change as the handsets were fine before.
Has anyone else come across thie issue?
We were sent a registry fix by Motorola but we are still have the same issue.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
