Sorry, but we routinely delete invitations to participate in research projects by answering questionaires. So I deleted you post, even if it didn't contain any link to such a site (only to your portfolio site, which can be considered non-relevant site promotion which isn't allowed.

May I make a remark about your list of 'providers of operating systems' in your post:
- RIM
- Apple
- Google Android
- Symbian
- Windows Mobile / Windows Phone and
To me, it's doubtful you'll pass your exam if you make such erroneous and unsystematic lists. These are 2 companies (RIM and Apple), 2 OS's (well, 3 in fact, Windows Mobile and Windows Phone are different) and 1 combination of a company and an OS (Google Android). So it isn't a "list of providers of OS'es".

I think we find QNX supplying an OS for one of RIM's new (and old?) products.

The layers may go beyond that.
