Updating to Windows Mobile 6.5

I am trying to update my Samsung Jack to Windows Mobile 6.5 but it won't just work! I have plugged everything, backed up everything and checked the entire list and I have everything and then I start up the SGH-I637 Downloader Ver 9.40 for Image Distribution and for 5 minutes it continues to stay Log... With blank... No update or anything and Port is still NONE... Can you help me?

Ask them for the upgrade procedure. Follow that and if it fails, ask them how much to fix.

HACK or cracked versions of roms, etc. are just bad news. We don't discuss that here.
