Dell screwed up big time.

Wow, I can't believe how many problems I had with Dell with only purchasing one friggin product. I can't take it anymore.

I ordered a laptop (M14X) and chose Dell Financial. It came defected. They dispatched a technician and he replaced my "brand new defected" screen with a damn refurbished screen. I didn't buy this so I just sent the whole product back to Dell and wanted to change all the configurations.

Then, we settled with a M17X. I also chose to finance it, maybe about $50/month every 10th of the month. On the 10th of June, $2055.30 was taken away from my bank account without my authorization or confirmation. I called Dell Support and they said the mistake was on their end and they will issue a full refund between 4 to 6 weeks.

WHAT THE HELL?! THEY mistakenly took my money from my account in one day and will only issue a refund after a month? What kind of ******** is this? Pardon my language. I can't allow that to happen I said, more than half of the money taken away is not even my money. I collected funds from friends for a trip and I was in charge of the money. My trip is scheduled for the first of July, and I need to ready a check by then. How can I possibly make $2000 dollars in 2 weeks? I am a student. They said sorry there is nothing they can do about it, they're gonna have it expedited. No Dell people, look, somebody gotta take responsibility somewhere and that's gonna be you guys because it is YOUR mistake. I won't cancel my whole plan for your mistake. You need to do something for this damage and you need to act quickly. 20 people planned this trip and they already got confirmation from their jobs for it.

I don't want to sound like someone difficult but they screwed up and we're the one paying for it. I can't allow this to happen.

Sincerely, Bao.
