I bought a Dell Computer in October. It worked for 3 weeks and then my monitor would come on with the "acer" logo then the screen went black saying no signal. I called DELL as I have the full blown warranty and they sent out a technician that replace the motherboard. It worked for 2 days, then this past Saturday the screen froze and went black and has been black ever since. I brought my monitor in to work to see if that was the problem and I am actually using it right now to type this so yes, it is the computer. Some dell rep is supposedly working on my "case" . I have no clue what this means. Does anyone have any other ideas of what to replace?? This is very very discouraging
