Dell laptop and Dell wireless printer issues

all of a sudden my wireless printer will not print from my laptop.. nothing pops up (on computer) while trying to print but it just spits out a blank white page.. i did my own troubleshooting and found out my laptop and printer is not "communicating" how come and what has changed, it always worked before. Is something wrong with my software or hardware.. any suggestions?

Hi cmar000,

Please share the model numbers of the laptop and the printer. Do you get any communication error?
1. Check if the Printer is able to copy or scan standalone using the operator panel.
2. If this does not help, perform a power cycle and reset defaults for the printer.
3. If the printer is able to copy or scan standalone using the operator panel, check the wireless connection.

On most of the Dell printers, there is a Wi-Fi indicator light. Is the light off, solid orange, blinking orange or green. Once you share the model numbers, I will be able to help you in an extensive manner.
