My Dell SE198WFP monitor needs help

So for some reason my Dell SE198WFP monitor has like a bunch of lines and repeats the screen and has in the right part of it a white line that you can't see anything there.
So if you could help me find out why its doing this or if its broke or can be fixed please tell me
