Dell OpiPlex G110 Wired Lan Card

My dear old OptiPlex with XP Pent III needs to converse with my new HP Pavillion dv6 Notebook which has a Realtek 10/100/1000 GB NIC built-in. Does anyone know of a suitable card to put in the Dell for this purpose ?

Sadly there are many thousands of cards that will work.

This is why, most of the time you won't get a straight answer such "go get a PCI Ethernet card."
