Dell Printer Problem

I have a Dell 1100 Laser Printer which has been a workhorse product for me. The printer feed roller has worn out and I need to replace it. I have the unit torn down to the inside but cannot for the life of me see how to replace the roller. I cannot locate an service manual on "how to" and hope someone has done this on this forum. The printer is also similar to a Samsung MS2010. Thanks

Try FIXYOUROWNLASERPRINTER on google and hope there is more detail. But from what I've seen, Dell still services printers that folk can't fix themselves.

And no, I didn't check the dell site for a service manual. If I was to do that I'd use Google and dell's search system. Not all service manuals can be had. Why? Here's the answer I got -> Supplying service manuals implies that the device has user serviceable items. When the maker declares "no user serviceable items inside" they won't publish the service manual.
