Dell XPS 435T does not boot to bios or windows

Hi Guys. I have an XPS 435T (standard specs, I haven't changed anything that came with original computer) and it's not booting up to bios or windows, monitor is blank and stays blank. Here is what I've done to resolve it:
unplugged hard drive, tested, still no splash or bios screen.
Unplugged dvd rom, keyboard, mouse, usb ports, tested, still no splash or bios screen.
The green power light is turned on on the back of the computer. When I press the power button, the processor light comes on for a few seconds and goes off (power light stays on). No beeps at all. The keyboard and mouse and montior all do not light up. I tried removing the video card but I couldn't move it with my arthritic hands.
I removed memory, tested. All fans (that I can see) work and whir just fine. To be sure, I held a piece of paper in front of all fans and verified they work.
I found the instructions on how to remove the cmos battery and use the jumper on the motherboard. So I will try that tonight after work. Also found how to remove the video card (stupid little tabs) and will try taking that out too.
Does anybody know what's wrong? It could be motherboard, video card or power supply. Any body have any ideas what else I can try to see if the motherboard is dead or the powersupply?
