Dell's Small Business Outlet Store

Rather than configure a new Vostro 220 mini-tower desktop through Dell's Small Business Division's website I took a look earlier today at the current inventory listed on Dell's Small Business Division's Outlet Store website. They have 4 main categories, "off lease", "scratch & dent", "certified refurbished" and "previously ordered new". I took a look at the "previously ordered new" inventory.

Are "previously ordered" new models as good as new models configured on the regular Dell Small Business website? The outlet site is offering free shipping and handling for one through April 30, 2009 on any computers purchased there, something not available at this time on the regular Dell Small Business website.

In the past I have also received coupons from Dell's Outlet site by email offering 20% off of anything in their outlet store inventory but right now that promotion is not available. Has anyone had any experience in purchasing a "previously ordered" new desktop from any of Dell's Outlet Store websites and was your experience a good one or a bad one?

The free shipping offer through April 30, 2009 on any computer purchased from Dell's Outlet store has been removed from the site tonight. The free 3 to 5 day ground shipping is now $29.99 to my zipcode. That's strange that Dell would say it would be free until April 30, 2009 but it ain't free no more as my dear departed mama use to say.
