hi, i have a plasma tv that i bought in 2011 i read that is not recommendable to watch content with the black borders for long time, because this can cause some image burn problems, but alot of movies have this black lines even with the zoom, any recommendation.

Hi neto3333,

Thanks for your question. Often times you can go to the source device and have it play at a different aspect ratio. For anything on the TV's side, I'd need to know the product's complete model code.

HI, is a 43 inch plasma tv model "PL43D490" i bought the tv in 2011, a friend that bought a similar plasma samsung model has some image retention problems, but i hear that the new tbs including mine have image bur protection.

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Brazil. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
