Samsung PS51E550 Plasma 3d tv picture settings

Hi

Does anyone have caliberated settings for this tv?
I have been playing around with the settings for a while and just cant get it right. Im a newbie at this.
Is game mode alright to use for an Xbox 360?
And also what are the best settings when viewing Bluray 3D. I have the tv set to standard at the moment and feel eye strain withind 30mins.

Any help will be appreciated.
