Samsung Smart TV Anynet+ issue

I like to listen to my music through the home cinema system. Problem is I'm wary of screen burn, and quite often like to also have my pc, connected via hdmi so I can watch on pc while having a cd playing in bluray or dvd player - both also Samsung products. Thing is when I change the input to enable me to watch the pc, it automatically turns off the music playing in the dvd player. I thought I'd cracked it last week, by ensuring anynet+ setting was switched to off before starting the music, as it would turn the receiver off, but this week it's reverted to turning the disc off again? Any ideas? TV model is D8000.
