I'm having trouble getting my sound to come through my xbox headset. I have a Series 5 Samsung TV.
I currently have an HDMI connected from my XBOX to my TV. There is then 2 possible set ups for where I place the 2 red/white pins. This is either in the back of the TV or in an AV adapter which plugs into the back of the xbox which was a recommended solution.
While both of these should work in theory, the best I get is the sound from the TV output through the headset and not from the XBOX which is in HDMI1/DVI.
If I try SCART leads only I get sound fine but then there is the issue that the quality is not HD and is very fuzzy.
Is there a way I can combine the sound of the SCART with the HDMI visual output or just a way to set sound to be output via HDMI and not from the TV source.
