Just tried it now and it's still not doing the Dual View
Am I missing something?
Both the tv and my iPhone are connected to the same router. Is my router not fast enough?
What other requirements are there?

The default firewall settings were turned on. I turned them all off but still no Dual View on my iPhone or iPad.

Linksys WRT54GS Firmware v1.52.8
Default Firewall Settings:
Block WAN Requests:
Checked - Block Anonymous Internet Requests
Unchecked - Filter Multicast
Checked - Filter Internet NAT Redirection
Checked - Filter IDENT(Port 113)

Any other suggestions?

The stock firmwall

Does not implement a firewall as some routers do. But you could, as a test turn it off. It's your network so you must control it. And about it working before? Really not applicable as we want it to work now.

My bet is that a full reset and logging into smart hub again will be required.

It was actually working on my iPhone the other day after I updated the firmware on the tv. But when I turned the app off my phone and then tried it again, it's saying 'Not Available' again in the box where the Dual View is supposed to display. So I saw it working for a few minutes.

Last week I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and Dual View works excelent on that!

Just want it to work on my iPad and iPhone also...

Hi all,
I have the same issue with my UE46ES7000 and iPad 3 (iOS 5.1.1).
iPad
- TV is found during auto detection
- Remote Control not working (no buttons shown, in different layout options (Channel/Volume, Simpel and Complete)
- only Power Button works (Power Off).
- Dual View "Not Available"

On the Galaxy S II, everything works like a charm: remote, dual view and even Bluetooth Power On.

All devices on same Wifi Router.

TV has latest firmware.

Scrambled Channels

TV Model: Samsung UE46ES8000, Software Ver.: Latest update installed
Phone: iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
NetMaster CBW-383Z4 DOCSIS 3.0 802.11n Wireless Modem

Even though I have downloaded the app a few months ago, I could just started playing with it a couple of days ago. While the remote control functions work seamlessly, I can't make use of the Dual View even after disabling Router's Firewall. The error message I see is: "Scrambled Channels"
