Samsung keyboard does not work for YOutube?

Hi, I have a Samsung TV (UE40ES 6305) and just bought the keyboard to use with it. But it does not work together with Youtube?
I can seach etc. on youtube with the ordinary remote control, but not with the keyboard.

Why??

To see if this issue was elsewhere I went to other devices that I wrote about at http://forums.cnet.com/7723-13973_102-579587/that-youtube-app-hdtech-will-love-this/?tag=contentBody;threadListing

The why is simple. Samsung didn't write the YouTube app. And the company that wrote it seems unresponsive to fixing it.

who to contact at YOUtube for this?

HI, do you know who to contact for this? So as a customer I can complain to You tube?

Also might be a good idea if Samsung informed about this son one knows prior to buying the keyboard.

I have yet to find anyone get it fixed.

I wish you the best but as it stands, I've yet to find anyone get this fixed. The companies involved do have phone numbers listed but if this must work, then my advice is to return the device for one that works.

It's been over a year and this bug is still there.
