Setting up a Samsung UN40EH5050F LED TV with Dish Network

Should be simple, but all I can get are over the air signals. Tried all different combinations in their menus, called Samsung and Dish Network customer support And they couldn't help me. I have another Samsung TV hooked up with the same Dish system and had no problems. Any and all input is welcome. Thanks

I did everything it said in the manual and everything a Samsung technician walked me through, Including all three types of channel scans, air cable and auto. The connection is simple, a coax cable from the dish receiver right into the back of the TV.
