Thank you for replying. The model code is PN60E550D1FXZA. We just bought this TV last week and selected to watch a samsung app show for my grandson. The app was "for Kids". Everything else seems OK. We have not used the 3D part of the TV yet.

So if I understand correctly, it's only the one app, right? You said that it's reloading constantly. So is this a video that your grandson was watching, and it was playing and pausing and loading?

Thanks for clarifying that. If you could, please get the name of this app. Also, have you ever used any other streaming apps, such as Hulu, Pandora, or Netflix?

Thank you again.
The app was Kids ABC and the show Dibovod-Super Elo and the Canimal's videos are the ones that would not run correctly.

Could you try another streaming apps, such as Hulu, Pandora, Netflix, or YouTube? I'd like to see if we can replicate the problem on more than one app.

Hello, I have gone into other apps and they seem fine. I also went into the apps that were the problem and they are not doing that anymore. This is a new TV and trying to learn all about it. I wish there were help things on the TV.

OK, you probably ran into that particular server getting some high demand. The smaller apps will have that happen every now and then. The larger apps should generally be just fine.
